New Hope Time Exchange
Lisa Conlan Lewis is a national and state consultant and advocate for systems reform, social justice
change, community organizing and non-profit development. Ms. Lewis co-founded the statewide family-
run non-profit organization, Parent Support Network of Rhode Island. Ms. Lewis is the Founder and
Director of the New HOPE Time Exchange which is a time banking initiative. Ms. Lewis previously
served on the Board of Directors and as CEO of TimeBanks USA.
Mrs. Lewis has worked with families, communities, states, tribes, and territories for over the last 20 years
in a variety of capacities that include, but are not limited to: strategic planning, program development,
family, youth, and community organizing, state and community partnerships, conflict resolution, contract
development, public policy and advocacy. Ms. Lewis has provided extensive technical assistance in
the area of public funded systems and service delivery programs. Ms. Lewis is most passionate about
grassroots organizing, building social capital, and sustaining the planet for future generations.
