What would it take to jump America’s communities to the next stage of thriving and resilience? How can we build a thrivingresilience resource engine for local, city, and regional leaders to strengthen collaborative co-leadership in their communities? This is the calling question for the Thriving Resilient Communities Collaboratory (TRCC), a community action network project exploring tipping-point strategies for engaging and supporting leaders in the thriving resilient community metamovement in North America.
